  • Finance Director for UK Payments Administration (part of Bank of England) responsible for the team of 8; Managements Accountants and book-keepers for four different banking sectors (Open Banking, Cheque & Credit clearing, BACS, Faster Payments) as well as then dormant CHAPS department. Involved in implementing and upgrading their accounting system to allow for large consolidated accounts previously this process was not done; reviewing and updating the financial policies and processes for the company. Involved in the major audit with the Bank of England.  Major Responsibilities: Prepare timely and accurate Net Assets Values, Yields, Distributions and other fund accounting output for subsequent review. Deal with Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) legal documents with each of their legal departments in order to help make decisions on Shareholders’ behalf. Revenue of £115M.
